ICT Work - Fairground Models
In July, the Year 5 children spent three mornings working in the ICT suite to make models of fairground rides from k'nex. They built their models then added sensors, buttons and motors to give movement. They had been learning about how to control events using flow charts, and were able to do this to make the models move in the way they wanted them to. The children used flowgo control box to program their rides to do certain things when buttons were pressed.
